WOLFPACK REGISTRATION IS OPEN

Registration will open for the Wolfpack (the booster club for the BVSW Timberwolves Football Team) in the summer of 2025 for the fall 2025 season!  See the numerous benefits listed below.  **WOLFPACK MEMBER SHIRTS AND MOMS CLINIC SHIRTS WILL BE ORDERED FOR THOSE WHO REGISTER BY JULY 18, BUT REGISTRATION WILL STAY OPEN TO NEW MEMBERS AFTER THAT DATE, WITH BENEFITS TO INCLUDE ALL ITEMS BELOW EXCEPT THE SHIRTS**

PARENT VOLUNTEER SPOTS ON SIGNUP GENIUS

 

To support our players, managers, and coaches, we rely on the teamwork of all parents (spots for both moms and dads!) to donate your time and energy to as many events as you are able. The team really appreciates our support. Plus, getting involved is a lot of fun as you meet other football parents and create great memories.  A link to our SignUp Genius will be placed here when it opens. 

 

TAILGATING SPOTS ON SIGNUP GENIUS

All Timberwolf football families are welcome to join the pre-game tailgating before Varsity home games, regardless of whether your player or manager is on the Freshman, JV, or Varsity team! Tailgates start at 5 p.m. and everyone signs up to bring an item to share. If all slots are full, just bring another item of your choice to share with others. A link to our SignUp Genius will be available in Fall 2025 for the 2025 season.

  • June 2 Grab-and-Go Breakfast for players, managers, and coaches after First Day of Summer Workouts

  • June 30-July 7 Summer Moratorium; no workouts per KSHSAA

  • July 22 12 noon - 2pm Senior Player and Senior Manager photos in turf area of BVSW weight room. Those who can't attend will schedule a single makeup date with Mike Sorbin.

  • August 7 at 9 am  Grab-and-Go Breakfast for players, managers, and coaches after Last Day of Summer Workouts

  • August 13 First Day of School

  • August 15

    • Immediately after school All non-senior players, managers, and coaches: Individual Photos in turf area of BVSW weight room (scheduled in shifts by grade)

    • 4:30 pm Player meeting

    • 6 pm Family Fun Night BBQ at BVSW Commons and Courtyard PARENTS - bring a multi-pack of SMALL/12oz Gatorade bottles to donate to the team!

  • August 18 First Day of Football Practices

  • August 23

    • 8 am Mom's Clinic at BVSW Practice Field

    • 9 am (after Mom's Clinic) Players practice at BVSW Practice Field

  • August 28 at 6 pm Decals with Dads in BVSW Commons

  • August 29

    • 6 pm  Friday Nights Lights Youth Clinic led by players at BVSW Practice Field

    • 7 pm  Freshman Scrimmage at BVSW Practice Field (and serior autograph session for youth players)

    • 7:30 pm  Green & White Scrimmage at BVSW Practice Field

  • Thursdays after practice starting September 4 Weekly team dinners for all players, managers, and coaches at BVSW Commons or Courtyard 

  • September 19 at 6:30 pm Senior Night before the kickoff of first Varsity home game. 

  • September 5 - October 24 Regular Season Games for Varsity, JV, and Freshmen (Schedules posted on EKL website www.easternkansasleague.org)

  • Saturday mornings starting September 6 Weekly breakfasts at film review in BVSW Health Room for all teams

  • October 22, evening/time TBD - Homecoming Parade, Carnival, and Bonfire (families welcome!)

  • October 24 - Homecoming game

  • October 31 Week 9 Varsity Post-Season Games begin 

  • November 7 Regionals

  • November 14 Sectionals

  • November 21 Sub-State 

  • November 23 End of Season Recognition 

    • 5:15 pm Final Team Dinner for Players, Managers, and Coaches in the BVSW Commons

    • 6:00 pm Recognition Night with families in the BVSW Performing Arts Center (PAC)

  • November 28 State Championship Game

  • February 7, 2026 9 am - 5 pm Super Bowl Sackers mini-fundraiser at HyVee (Saturday of Super Bowl weekend) 

  • March 2026 Player and parent meetings to kick off Mulch Madness! Football players sell bags of mulch or obtain donations as the Wolfpack's primary annual fundraiser

  • April 10-11, 2025 Mulch Delivery Weekend (block your calendar for your whole family to help deliver thousands of bags of mulch as the team's primary fundraiser!)

The Wolfpack is the parent booster club for the Timberwolves Football team.

Formed in 2010 when the school opened, the Wolfpack is a 501(c)(3)

Non-Profit Organization that supports the football team's players, managers,

and coaches with resources and volunteer support. 

 

Football families register to join the Wolfpack each season and their dues payments, along with the money raised by the annual Spring Mulch Sales fundraiser, help provide weekly team dinners for all players, managers, and coaches, bus food for out of town games, weekly breakfasts at Varsity film review, professional photography at select games, events with players/managers and their families (Family Fun Night BBQ, Mom’s Clinic, Decals with Dads, and the End of Season Recognition), replacements and upgrades to team equipment, uniforms, and technology, and much more. At every Varsity home game, Wolfpack volunteers transform our district activities complex into our “home” football stadium with banners, flags, and a tunnel, and they coordinate pre-game tailgates.
